People using their websites for income or living should hire this guy, to take care of your website's security. That is why we need website security, let's forget about those famous platforms, they are useless! You spend the money buying their package, then waiting long and chatting with them live in the end you have no clue what you are doing.

We engaged Dean to revamp our website last year and he was so good that we have signed on his maintenance package till 2019! His services are extremely prompt and responsive and he is someone who knows what he is doing, and that is extremely important because while we are shopping around who to revamp our new website, we had come across many website "sales people" in the market who just wants to push their basic templated sites to unaware businesses (as usually SMEs do not have their own internal IT Team), and they are often exorbitantly priced. Dean and WebSifu had delivered their services beyond our expectations and we will not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

Back in 2021, I get to know WebSifu aka Dean through a mutual friend who is using his service as I'm looking for someone to work on my company's new website at that time. During that process, he displays super professionalism and at the same time fun to work with. One thing for sure is not just his knowledge of what he does best, it went beyond the scope. We encountered a massive issue on our webpage which our previous support and hosting provider were unable to explain. At our wits end and after exhausting all options, we found Dean at Websifu. Dean was frank in explaining the challenges in our website error and acknowledged that he may not be the best person to resolve the problem as he had no sight of how the previous support set up our website. We threw in the towel but Dean came back with a solution and managed to resolve our issue after days of effort. We have since port over to Websifu for maintenance and hosting. Dean has been excellent and prompt in his response and service and we have no qualms in recommending him if you need a trustworthy and reliable website support.
